Disclosed is a high speed food waste fermenting device which can reduce fermenting time. The high speed food waste fermenting device according to the present invention comprises a drive motor mounted on the top of an agitating chamber; a rotary shaft coupled with a drive shaft of the drive motor to be extended towards the inner center of the agitating chamber; a discharge impeller vertically coupled with the rotary shaft and disposed at the bottom end of the agitating chamber to discharge food waste that has completed microorganism fermentation though an outlet; an air inlet unit disposed at the top of the discharge impeller and fixed and installed to supply air at the bottom of the agitating chamber; two or more impellers having a bar shape vertically installed with respect to the rotary shaft so as to continuously mix the food waste with a fermenting agent; a rotary impeller vertically installed with respect to the rotary shaft between the impellers to ensure spaces in food waste during agitation and supply air to the ensured spaces; and a discharge system installed to correspond to the outlet disposed at the bottom of the agitating chamber to control the discharge and transfer of food waste. Accordingly, in the present invention, irrespective of the load and weight of food waste, air is actively supplied so that fermenting efficiency can be improved. |
