<p>The present invention provides a stream splitting method, a communications device, and a communications system, which can implement concurrent stream split on an LTE network and an HRPD network and further, improve a peak rate of steam transmission. When a terminal is attached to an LTE network, the method comprises: a PGW obtaining stream splitting information; determining, according to a PCC policy, a stream needing to transmitted in an HRPD network; sending an instruction message for notifying stream split to the terminal, the instruction message for notifying stream split carrying a first identification, and the first identification indicating a stream needing to be transmitted in the HRPD network; and performing concurrent stream split on the LTE/HRPD networks.
