The method continues with negotiating one or more details of a contract between the one or more of the available freight loads and one or more of the freight capacity, confirming the details between the one or more of the available freight loads and one or more of the freight capacity, collecting invoicing information, and inserting electronic receivables in one of the transportation management systems and load boards the one or more details of the contract.
