<p>Provided is a method for effectively producing a food powder preservation improver, whereby there is little effect on the grain quality of a food so that a sufficient preservation improving effect can be ensured and the deflection of an acetic acid content caused by segregation can be controlled. The method for producing a food powder preservation improver comprises the steps of: (A) obtaining a mixture by agitating and blending anhydrous sodium acetate, an acetic acid solution, and fatty acid ester and by heating the same until the material temperature reaches 70-100°C; (B) obtaining a solid by agitating and blending the mixture obtained from the step (A) and cooling the same until the material temperature reaches 10-40°C; and (C) pulverizing the solid obtained from the step (B).</p> |
