The present invention achieves a highly accurate time-of-flight (TOF) distance measurement system. A distance measuring system is provided with: a light source unit for irradiating light according to a timing indicated by a light emission signal; a light receiving unit for obtaining raw data for each pixel from an imaging sensor by causing the imaging sensor to be exposed to the reflected light from a subject according to the timing indicated by a light exposure signal; a TOF calculation unit for providing a TOF signal indicating the distance to the subject of each pixel, which is calculated on the basis of the raw data; a detection unit for detecting the difference between a TOF signal for a reference pixel on the imaging sensor and a reference value and generating a phase control signal and fine adjustment signal on the basis of the difference; a correction unit for correcting the TOF signal on the basis of the fine adjustment signal and outputting the result of the correction as distance information for each pixel; and a control unit for controlling the phase shift of the light emission signal, light exposure signal, or both on the basis of the phase control signal. |
