<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device (1) has a horizontally extending hub pipe (3) arranged at a carrier frame assembly. Multiple soil cultivation tools (4) are arranged parallel to each other on the hub pipe, and rotate with the hub pipe. Each tool is formed by a closed ring element with a continuous circumferential surface, where the ring element is deformably designed in a ring element plane. The ring element is connected with the hub pipe via spokes whose radial outer ends are rigidly connected to the ring element by a screw and/or tab connectors.
