Disclosed are an LNG bunkering ship and an LNG bunkering method. The LNG bunkering ship of the present invention supplies LNG and comprises a storage tank which is formed in the ship and stores LNG; and a buffer tank which is formed in the ship and transfers the LNG supplied from the storage tank to another ship or an offshore structure.
