The present invention relates to an actuator for an intake manifold, which rotates a variable valve disposed inside a runner of an intake manifold of a vehicle, the actuator comprising: a housing having a negative pressure space unit; an operation unit operated by the pressure of air flowing in or out of the negative pressure space unit to rotate the variable valve; a discharge channel connected to an external negative pressure supply source; an intake channel into which external air for raising the pressure of the negative pressure space unit is introduced; a spool hole provided inside the housing and communicating with the discharge channel and the intake channel; an air entrance channel provided inside the housing and communicating with the negative pressure space unit and the spool hole; a valve body for selectively opening/closing the discharge channel and the intake channel; and a solenoid unit for operating the valve body. Therefore, the present invention can simplify the channels for operating the operation unit, thereby shortening the negative pressure path.
