摘要 Provided is a production method for conductor films, whereby it is possible to form thinner conductor films on an electronic component, and whereby conductor films that extend continuously across mutually intersecting first and second surfaces of the component body can be formed all at once. A component body (2) is positioned facing a discharge nozzle (45) for discharging coating material (42) serving as the material for the conductor film, a voltage is applied across the discharge nozzle (45) and the component body (2), and the statically charged coating material (42) is discharged from the discharge nozzle (45). The statically charged coating material (42) travels along lines of electric force (53) to coat the component body (2). In so doing, conductor films containing electrically conductive material can be formed simultaneously, in such a way as to extend continuously across at least a first surface and a second surface of the component body (2). During flight along the lines of electric force (53), the coating material (42) is repeatedly fragmented through Coulomb repulsion, promoting vaporization of liquid components, such as solvents and media, within the coating material (42).
