Provided is an adhesive tape for preventing aquatic biofouling that: exhibits good adhesion properties even under water; has good mechanical characteristics; is readily peeled off; is capable of continuing to exhibit an antifouling effect over the long term; has little load on the human body or the environment; is lightweight; is capable of maintaining stable quality; and effectively prevents aquatic biofouling. This adhesive tape for preventing aquatic biofouling includes, in order, an antifouling layer, a base material layer, and an adhesive layer. The antifouling layer includes silicone resin and an antifouling agent. The antifouling agent includes liquid paraffin and silicone oil. The liquid paraffin content is at least 5 wt% relative to the silicone resin. The silicone oil content is at least 40 wt% relative to the silicone resin.
