An electronic cigarette heat-generating device and an electronic cigarette, the electronic cigarette comprising the electronic cigarette heat-generating device. The electronic cigarette heat-generating device comprises a heating wire (1), a first electrode (2), a second electrode (3), a first rivet terminal (4), and a second rivet terminal (5). One end of heating wire (1) is riveted to first electrode (2) by means of first rivet terminal (4); the other end of heating wire (1) is riveted to second electrode (3) by means of second rivet terminal (5). The outer wall of at least one of first rivet terminal (4) and second rivet terminal (5) is coated with an insulating layer. The heat-generating device of the present invention uses the structure of the outer wall, coated with an insulating layer, of at least one of first rivet terminal (4) and second rivet terminal (5) to effectively prevent the surface of the first rivet terminal or of the second rivet terminal from making contact with the heat-generating wire and thus affecting a user's mouthfeel during use. |
