The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a secondary battery. The method includes the steps of: preparing an ion exchange membrane and an electrode; placing the electrode on the ion exchange membrane; and bonding the electrode with the ion exchange membrane. The present invention aims to provide the secondary battery that can prevent the ion exchange membrane from being swollen. According to the present invention, the ion exchange membrane can be prevented from being swollen. Therefore, a cross over phenomenon between a positive electrode and a negative electrode resulted from the swollen ion exchange membrane can be prevented; contact resistance between the ion exchange membrane and the electrode is reduced; and consequently efficiency of the battery can be increased. |
