The present invention relates to an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus for actively compressing an ultrasonic image according to a communication quality and a method for operating the same and, more particularly, to an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus for actively compressing an ultrasonic image according to a communication quality, which is capable of actively compressing an ultrasonic image in a loss or lossless compression scheme according to a quality of a communication network connected to an ultrasonic diagnosis device to transmit the ultrasonic image when the ultrasonic image photographed by the ultrasonic diagnosis device is transmitted through a picture archiving and communication system (PACS), and a method of operating the same. According to technical significance of the present invention, the ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus for actively compressing an ultrasonic image according to a communication quality includes an ultrasonic diagnosis device for generating an ultrasonic image by taking a three-dimensional ultrasonic photograph of an inside of a body; a picture archiving communication system (PACS) for storing, reading and transmitting digital data of the ultrasonic image; a remote diagnosis device for receiving and reading the ultrasonic image; and a cloud server for integrally storing the ultrasonic image generated from the ultrasonic diagnosis device and a remotely located ultrasonic diagnosis device and providing the stored ultrasonic image to at least one of the ultrasonic diagnosis device, the PACS, the remote diagnosis device and the remotely located ultrasonic diagnosis device. |
