The present invention relates to an easily removable mulching-vinyl, which comprises an adhering part adhered by one or multiple constant point in total width of the mulching-vinyl being folded along the longitudinal direction in a certain width; strap parts formed along the longitudinal direction is a structure of cross section of closed loop by not being attached among the folded overlapped part; and an auxiliary strap formed in each of the strap parts. Accordingly, upon mulching by the overlapped adhering part and strap parts, the mulching-vinyl improves durability of the longitudinal direction; and upon removal of the mulching-vinyl from the mulched farm, the mulching-vinyl can be easily removed by pulling the adhering part or strap part and auxiliary part which have improved durability from being overlapped.
