Provided is a web page loading method based on a transit server, comprising: after receiving, from a web page content server, main document data of a web page returned in response to a forwarded web page loading request of a mobile terminal, segmenting the received main document data into multiple main document data segments; parsing the received main document data, and sequentially associating child resources in the received main document data to the corresponding main document data segment; loading the child resources from a resource server sequentially; and for each main document data segment, after all associated child resources are loaded from the resource server, returning the main document data segment and all associated child resources to the mobile terminal, till all main document data segments and the associated child resources are returned to the mobile terminal. With the method, loading and returning operations can be performed at the same time, and child resources are returned in an appearing sequence thereof in a web page, thereby accelerating the speed of loading the web page on a mobile terminal. |
