<p>A heat exchanger (1) for a coolant circuit, wherein the heat exchanger has a coolant inlet (2) which opens into cooling tubes (3, 3') aligned substantially plane-parallel to one another in which the coolant can be conveyed to a coolant outlet, wherein the cooling tubes define an air passage region and wherein cooling fins (5, 5') substantially aligned in the direction of cooling air flowing through the heat exchanger are arranged between the cooling tubes, and wherein the cooling fins are a greater distance apart from one another in at least one first part of the air passage region than in a second part of the air passage region. The design according to the invention makes it possible to influence the flow and passage conditions of heat exchangers in a targeted manner, resulting in increased efficiency.</p> |
