The present invention relates to a continuously variable valve lift device of an engine. The continuously variable valve lift device comprises: a rocker arm which is rotated within a preset angle range by the rotation of a cam coupled to a pair of eccentric cams and a cam shaft coupled to a control shaft; a pair of lift arms of which one side is coupled to the control shaft to be rotated in a preset angle range; and a deviation control part which controls a valve lift deviation between cylinders by changing the rotation angle of the rocker arm and the lift arms. In case that a valve lift deviation between the cylinders of the engine is generated, the present invention can control the valve lift deviation between the cylinders by changing the rotation angle of the rocker arm and the lift arms using a deviation control device.
