The present invention relates to a polyimide laminate having an alkali metal doped layer and a thin film solar cell including the same. The laminate can perform a high-temperature process at a temperature of 550 degrees or more. And, the thin film solar cell, which has improved flexibility and energy conversion efficiency since durability and barrier properties are excellent, can be manufactured. |
