<p>Disclosed is a sleep regulation system (10), comprising a detection module (11), a processing element (12) and an environmental regulation element (13). The detection module (11) comprises a moisture detecting element (112) and a temperature detecting element (114). The moisture detecting element (112) and the temperature detecting element (114) are connected to the processing element (12), respectively. The processing element (12) and the environmental regulation element (13) are connected to each other. The processing element (12) respectively receives the moisture detecting signals and the temperature signals from the moisture detecting element (112) and the temperature detecting element (114). The processing element (12) controls the environmental regulation element (13) according to the moisture detecting signals and the temperature signals. The sleep regulatory system (10) possesses the advantage of being capable of improving sleep.</p> |
