This communication control method has the following steps: a notification step in which a base station notifies one or more communication devices of reference-signal setting information that specifies parameters for an uplink reference signal transmitted by a user terminal; a step in which said user terminal transmits said uplink reference signal to the aforementioned base station; and a measurement step in which the uplink reference signal transmitted by the user terminal is received by the abovementioned one or more communication devices on the basis of the abovementioned reference-signal setting information and channel states between the one or more communication devices and the user terminal are measured.
