A coin roll distribution module, comprising a passage (P) used for providing a coin roll, a coin outlet (13), and a coin carrying case (231) which is arranged between an outlet (P2) of the passage (P) and the coin outlet (13), wherein the positions of the coin outlet (13) and the outlet (P2) of the passage (P) are mutually staggered; the coin carrying case (231) is communicated with the the outlet (P2) in the initial position, so as to move a coin roll (R) into the coin carrying case (231) and block out the coin outlet (13) at the same time; and when moving to the terminal position, the coin carrying case (231) is communicated with the coin outlet (13), so as to move the coin roll (R) to the coin outlet (13). The coin carrying case in the coin roll distribution module simultaneously achieves two functions of distributing a coin roll and blocking out the coin outlet, thereby simplifying the structure of the coin roll distribution module and reducing the device costs.
