Invention herewith described refers to the universal sectional device for solid fuel with a recuperator for dryers and heating intended for users of different thermal requirements for drying and heating with high energy efficiency and low operating costs. Structurally it comprises sections and is adaptable for installation in all existing spaces, with the possibility of separating the fan section of the furnace in order to adapt to the existing condition or to join the parallel system for other purposes. The basic size of the device is 4000-5000m3/h of air, the heat capacity with wood is 50-60kW and the weight is up to 400kg. The device is suitable and adapted especially for the purpose of drying all kinds of raw food and goods as well as for heating space with the air system. The device is especially suitable for the existing facilities of an agricultural household due to lower investment and heating with solid fuels, as well as for the entrepreneurs for the purpose of drying and heating. The device is easy to maintain and the stainless steel–as a material meets the requirements of sanitary regulations. Automatic control meets the requirements of applications. |
