Disclosed are a pixel unit, an array substrate and a manufacturing and repairing method therefor, and a display device, which relate to the field of displays, solve the problem that repairing damage to the existing thin-film transistor is limited to an array process, and damage to the thin-film transistor cannot be repaired after the array process, and at the same time, can also reduce the capacitance caused by a standby thin-film transistor, guarantee the product performance, and improve the product repair rate and the product yield. The pixel unit comprises: a pixel electrode, a data line and a thin-film transistor, and further comprises: a standby thin-film transistor, with a source electrode thereof isolated from the data line, and a drain electrode thereof isolated from the pixel electrode; a first repairing line, with one end thereof isolated from the source electrode of the standby thin-film transistor and having an overlapping region; and the other end thereof isolated from the data line or the source electrode of the thin-film transistor and having an overlapping region; and a second repairing line, with one end thereof isolated from the drain electrode of the standby thin-film transistor and having an overlapping region; and the other end thereof isolated from the pixel electrode or the drain electrode of the thin-film transistor and having an overlapping region.
