Provided is a wiper arm comprising a head cover mounted on an arm head, the wiper arm being configured so that the head cover is reliably prevented from coming off the arm head. A wiper arm (1) is provided with: upwardly extending engagement protrusions (19) provided at stepped sections (18) provided at the lower ends of recesses (17) formed in side surfaces of an arm head (2); and a protrusion receiving sections (27) located near the lower ends of the inner surfaces of side walls (23) of a head cover (4). The protrusion receiving sections (27) are provided with downwardly open openings (27A), and the engagement protrusions (19) are adapted to fit into the openings (27A) in the vertical direction, that is, in the direction along the side walls (23). As a result of this configuration, the open end of the side walls (23) of the head cover (4) is prevented from expanding outward, and consequently, the head cover (4) is prevented from coming off the arm head (2). |
