[Problem] To make it possible to set the modulation/encoding scheme appropriately when using downlink multi-antenna transmission. [Solution] UE (100-1) transmits, to an eNB (200-1), null-steering control information for directing a null towards that UE (100-1) during transmission from another eNB (200-2) to another UE (100-2) and first channel-quality information associated with a modulation/encoding scheme that is recommended for use if the other eNB (200-2) accepts said null-steering control information. Instead of or in addition to transmitting said first channel-quality information, the abovementioned UE (100-1) performs control to transmit, to the abovementioned eNB (200-1), second channel-quality information associated with a modulation/encoding scheme that is recommended for use if the other eNB (200-2) does not accept the abovementioned null-steering control information.
