The liquid soup for spicy noodles is sealed after being evenly mixed with 18-22 wt% of red pepper paste, 16.80-17.20 wt% of refined sugar, 14.61-15.01 wt% of high fructose, 9.80-10.20 wt% of glucose, 8.80-9.20 wt% of apple concentrate, 5.80-6.20 wt% of refined water, 3.80-4.20 wt% of refined salt, 3.80-4.20 wt% of red pepper powder, 3.80-4.20 wt% of onions, 2.90-3.10 wt% of garlic, 2.90-3.10 wt% of apple vinegar, 1.30-1.50 wt% of sesame oil, 0.70-0.90 wt% of powder mixed with beef and vegetables, 0.8 wt% of a red pepper paste browning preventing agent, 0.5 wt% of disodium 5′-ribonucleotide, 0.4 wt% of roasted sesame seeds, 0.35 wt% of citric acid, 0.30 wt% of yeast extract, 0.30 wt% of disodium succinate, 0.20 wt% of oleoresin paprika, and 0.14 wt% of grapefruit seed extract.
