The present invention relates to a language acquirement system which is capable of allowing a user to acquire a language through a playback or an automatic section repeat and a user stop input, and a method of operating the same. According to a language acquirement system of the present invention, a language acquirement service terminal confirms whether a playback stop instruction of a user is input thereto while reproducing a media or repeating a section of the media in a study mode according to an input instruction of a user. The language acquirement service terminal recognizes a section in which the playback stop instruction is input by the user as the user a weak section generates, so that a weak section list is generated to be transmitted to a language acquirement service server, thereby managing the weak section list. The language acquirement service server individually evaluates a level of the user based on the weak section list received from the language acquirement service terminal. In addition, the language acquirement service server classifies weak section lists into each individual, the user level and an entire weak section and stores and manages them. |
