1. A method of providing dynamic graphical user interfaces for analyzing anatomical airway imaging, comprising:
a. selecting a branch of the airway from an axial view of the airway; b. dynamically displaying an image of a cross-section of the selected branch superimposed on the axial view; said image establishing a link to its points of origin in the axial view; and c. transforming the superimposed image of the cross-section into an image of the cross-section having a desired orientation angle.
