<p>The invention relates to a storing and monitoring system with intelligent supports and radio frequency identification (RFID). According to the invention, the system consists of some intelligent cabinets, each of them provided with a micro computer connected to a network, having its own IP address, and having some doors provided with a blocking system and, optionally, some racks which can accommodate a group of intelligent supports, which are associated to some items to be inventoried, monitored and stored, each intelligent support having an RFID label with a unique ID code; each intelligent cabinet is provided with at least one RFID antenna connected to at least one RFID reader, where the RFID antenna can read bidirectionally, depending on the plane on which the RFID labels are attached and the micro computer controls the RFID reader as to scan the RFID antennas and to keep records of the intelligent supports according to a scanning algorithm, while controlling a door closing or opening blocking mechanism.</p> |
