Disclosed are a head of a hand piece having a structure improved to reliably, inexpensively, and easily form an air flow channel or a water flow channel, a method for manufacturing the head, and a hand piece having the same head. The head includes: a nose cap arranged on a front end part of the hand piece; and a nozzle pipe which forms a flow channel crossing the nose cap to eject fluid frontward from the hand piece. The nozzle pipe is formed to be inserted and installed in a parallel hole and a nozzle pipe installation part. The parallel hole penetrates the nose cap at a point apart from the center of the nose cap and is extended straight. The nozzle pipe installation part is connected with the parallel hole on a front surface of the nose cap, and is formed to include a slot inclined to the center of the nose cap.
