1. An exhaust gas purification catalyst for removing CO or HC, comprising:
a carrier; and an alloy metal cluster of palladium and silver supported on the carrier, wherein in an XRD profile of the catalyst under measurement conditions of a copper-potassium (CuK) α X-ray source, a 50 kV tube voltage and 300 mA tube current, a (111) plane diffraction peak appears between 38.8° and 39.1° and neither a Pd(111) plane diffraction peak nor a Ag(111) plane diffraction peak appears, and an average diameter of the metal cluster supported on the carrier is 4.0 nm to 4.2 nm. |
