Despite attempts to test various processes for mixing water-soluble materials and fat-soluble materials by using such as multiple machines and equipment, no method has yet achieved success. Provided in the present invention is a system for mixing and emulsifying two or more materials into one in ultrahigh pressure and ultrahigh speed. A device for performing the present invention needs an ultrahigh pressure and ultrahigh speed fluid flowing device and can provide an innovative effect for developing products of future food and beverage industry and pharmaceutical industry. |
