The invention relates to an intrusive process and device for cutting-off technological or conveying metal pipes, which is mounted onto the metal pipe, wherethrough there is circulated a fluid such as natural gas, oil or water, which is operable and for which all the operations for cutting-off the pipe and assembling the components in a detachable manner are performed without putting the pipe out of operation. The claimed process consists in that an intrusive cut-off device, once mounted on the operable pressurized metal pipe becomes a pipe element of a block valve type, which can be driven operatively, whenever it is required by the technological process, by the pipe operating staff without prior technological preparation. The claimed device uses a block valve () of special construction which is introduced into a body () of the intrusive cut-off device, by using some special machines and equipments for perforating the pipe and inserting () the valve, under pressure, said valve consisting of a lower half-sleeve () and an upper half-sleeve (), centered and electrically welded on a pressurized metal pipe () by means of a centering system placed in their separation plane and some concentrical end half-coupling reducers (), and fixed in a lower seat () thereof by means of lateral guides () and a valve (), and by means of a valve body flange () and a valve cover flange () and a valve blocking counter-flange (), the block valve is blocked in a flange () of special construction of the body () of the cut-off device.
|
