The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of core-shell metal particles. The manufacturing method of core-shell metal particles comprises the steps of: (1) obtaining a first metal particle dispersion solution by mixing a mixing solvent including water and organic solvent with first metal particles and a dispersion agent; and (2) mixing the first metal particle dispersion solution with a second metal precursor solution and a reducing solution. According to the present invention, the surface of the first metal particles (core) is easily coated with a second metal, such as Ag. In addition, the present invention reduces the amount of residue after reaction, and minimizes or prevents the second metal, such as Ag, from sticking to a reaction container.
