A caldron apparatus for stirring is disclosed. The caldron apparatus for stirring according to the present invention comprises a caldron bundle including a cooking pot formed in a concave shape to hold food therein and a first rotary shaft formed in the horizontal direction to be fixated and coupled to the cooking pot; a stirring bundle including a stirring blade stirring the food while rotating within the cooking pot, a second rotary shaft formed in the vertical direction to be fixated and coupled at the upper part of the stirring blade, an operating unit combined to the second rotary shaft and rotating the second rotary shaft, and a third rotary shaft formed in the horizontal direction to be fixated and coupled to the operating unit; and a medium becoming a medium for the rotation of the first rotary shaft and the rotation of the third rotary shaft, wherein when the cooking pot rotates around the first rotary shaft, the stirring blade, the second rotary shaft and the operating unit are rotated around the third rotary shaft. According to the present invention, the third rotary shaft rotates along the rotation of the first rotary shaft, thereby facilitating the process of taking out the cooked food by rotating the stirring blade to the outside of the cooking pot when the cooking pot is inclined. The caldron apparatus for stirring includes a sensing unit for sensing the slope status when the rotation of the first rotary shaft is excessive to a reference rotation value so as to block the operation of the operating unit, thereby preventing the stirring blade from rotating when taking out the food, and preventing safety accidents. |
