The present invention relates to shoe insoles containing tourmaline. More specifically, power or gel type cushion members containing tourmaline beneficial to the body are provided in the shoe insoles to be able to be exchanged, and a user can conveniently experience tourmaline efficacy while wearing shoes with the shoe insoles containing tourmaline. A receiving groove or upper and lower grooves are formed in a front surface of the shoe insole. Here, catching nets are provided on the grooves, so the catching nets prevent the deviation of the tourmaline provided in the upper and lower grooves, or gel type cushion members containing tourmaline are formed and catching nets are detachably formed in the upper and lower grooves. Thus, while wearing shoes having shoe insoles with a powder or a cushion member containing tourmaline, a user can conveniently experience tourmaline efficacy, such as activating blood circulation and metabolism, promoting the excretion of skin waste to perform skin activation, and treating diabetes, constipation, arthritis, and the like. |
