<p>The present invention relates to a lighting device for turning on a lamp to have subdued light, by a minimum voltage output from a variable voltage unit such that users can come and go in an indoor area without inconvenience when intensity of illumination of an installation area has a level equal to or lower than a predetermined intensity of illumination, and brightly turning on the lamp by a maximum voltage output from the variable voltage unit when user motion is sensed in the installation area. The lighting device according to the present invention comprises a control unit (102) controlling an electrically connected component according to a preset program; an illumination sensor (104) electrically connected to the control unit (102) and sensing intensity of illumination according to a control signal from the control unit (102); a variable voltage unit (110) electrically connected to the control unit (102) and outputting a minimum voltage according to the control signal from the control unit (102) when the illumination sensor (104) senses intensity of illumination; and a lamp (112) electrically connected to the variable voltage unit (110) and turned on by a minimum voltage.</p> |
