The present invention provides means whereby holders of intellectual property rights may sell, or license intellectual property to an aggregator and receive shares of stock or cash for the contribution based on the aggregated value of the intellectual property held by the aggregator.

A computer-implemented method for aggregating and providing services to an intellectual property rights holder from a centralized exchange, the method comprising: subscribing a plurality of service providers to a service exchange; storing on a first database a first set of information describing each of the plurality of service providers; storing on a second database a second set of information describing a plurality of intellectual property rights holders; providing access to the service exchange to the plurality of intellectual property rights holders; at least one of the intellectual property rights holders obtaining a service from at least one of the plurality of service providers; the at least one of the intellectual property rights holders making a first payment to the service exchange for the service; storing on a third database a third set of information describing the first payment; inputting into a valuation module information selected from the group consisting of: the first set of information, the second set of information, and the third set of information; calculating an apportioned aggregated second payment for services in the valuation module to account for the information; the service exchange making the apportioned aggregated second payment to the at least one of the plurality of service providers providing the service; calculating an updated apportioned aggregated second payment to account for each first and apportioned aggregated second payments made; wherein at least two of the service providers provide dissimilar services.
