Disclosed are a conductive heat dissipating sheet, and an electric component and an electronic device including the sheet. The conductive heat dissipating sheet includes a thermal diffusion layer made of a metallic material; a heat conduction layer which is arranged on one or both sides of the thermal diffusion layer and is made of an inorganic material including at least one selected from a group consisting of metal oxide and alloy; and a bonding layer which is arranged on one or both sides of the heat conduction layer.
