Disclosed are an electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery, an electrode including the same, and a lithium secondary battery including the same electrode. The electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery includes: a first substance including a carbon material; a second substance comprising a nanostructure body including one or more selected from metal and metalloid which can be reversibly alloyed with lithium formed on the first substance; and a third substance which exists on one or more surfaces of the second substance and controls negative reaction with electrolyte.
