A color-depth sensor includes: a color sensor unit for sensing a visible ray band; and an infrared ray sensor unit for sensing an infrared ray band and is mounted on the color sensor unit. A 3D image acquisition apparatus includes: an image lens unit; a color-depth sensor which senses color image information and depth image information of an object from a light which penetrates the image lens unit and is reflected from the object and composes a laminated structure of the color sensor unit and the infrared ray sensor unit; and a 3D image process unit for generating 3D image information by using the color image information and depth image information which are sensed by the color-depth sensor.
