<p>The present invention relates to a bumper beam for a vehicle with enhanced crash capability, which includes a crash box setting part provided to both ends of the vehicle bumper beam having a curvature, and a crash box set in the crash box setting part, wherein the crash box setting part is formed as [-shaped channel, the outer side of the channel is processed to have a curvature corresponding to the curvature of the bumper beam, flanges are protruded from the upper and lower ends of the inner side of the channel and integrated, and an outer reinforcement rib is formed and integrated with the center of the outer side in such a manner that the outer reinforcement rib is sloped with the height thereof increases toward the end of the bumper beam, wherein inclination of the outer reinforcement rib is maintained equal to the inclination angle of an RCAR barrier. According to the present invention, whole impact energy is transmitted to the crash box through shape deformation of the bumper beam without using an additional reinforcement member during RCAR barrier text, so as to improve impact absorption capability, thereby enhancing crash capability and stability and satisfying text regulation.</p> |
