<p>Provided is a bellows pump including a pair of bellows to alternatively pump a liquid chemical, thereby transferring the fluid of a fixed amount by correct operation, and calculating a transfer amount to determine breakdown in the pump or clogging of a tube by alien matters. The bellows pump includes a casing that is provided with first and second air chambers by dividing the inside, and has a space formed between the air chambers and a mechanical chamber formed on the space; first and second bellows each installed in the first and second air chambers, the bellows being contracted by pneumatic pressure applied to the air chambers, or expanded by the supplied liquid chemical; first and second moving guide blocks each communicating with the first and second bellows, and having a liquid chemical inlet path and a liquid chemical outlet path to guide the transfer of the liquid chemical; a check valve installed in the first and second moving guide blocks to alternatively close or open the inlet and outlet paths; and first and second piston valves mounted in the mechanical chamber to introduce the air to the first and second air chambers. Front and rear ends of the liquid chemical inlet tube for introducing the liquid chemical are provided with an inlet valve connected to each inlet path of the first and second moving guide blocks, and an outlet valve connected to each outlet path. The outlet valve has tubes positioned at front and rear ends of a discharge connecting tube, flow sensors positioned at each of the inlet and outlet paths of the first and second moving guide blocks, and a transfer amount measuring unit for comparing the measured value inputted to the flow sensor and a preset value stored in a micom to determine the fixed amount is supplied.</p> |
