1. A resonator element comprising:
a base section; a pair of vibrating arms projecting toward one direction from the base section, and disposed side by side in a direction intersecting with the one direction; and a support arm projecting toward the one direction from the base section, disposed between the pair of vibrating arms, and provided with a first electrically-conductive pad and a second electrically-conductive pad disposed on one principal surface, wherein in a plan view of the one principal surface, the one principal surface of the support arm is provided with a first recessed portion disposed between the first electrically-conductive pad and the second electrically-conductive pad.
