The present invention relates to core-shell metal particles and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the core-shell metal particles comprises the steps of: (1) obtaining a first metal solution including first metal particles; (2) obtaining a second metal coating solution; (3) obtaining a reducing solution including a reducer; and (4) repeating the processes of putting the second metal coating solution and the reducing solution into the first metal solution, alternately. According to the present invention, the coating layer of the second metal to form a shell is uniform, and the amount of coating increased.
