Provided are a lithium ion conductive protective film prepared by using a layered assembly process, a preparation method thereof, and a lithium air electrochemical battery using the same. The lithium ion conductive protective film is assembled on an upper part of a substrate. A first poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) layer having a cross-linking silane component is exposed on an upper part of the substrate. A graphene oxide (GO) layer is exposed on an upper part of the first PEO layer. A second PEO layer having a cross-linking silane component is exposed on an upper part of the GO layer. A poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) layer is sequentially exposed on the second PEO layer.
