A first purpose of the present invention is providing a horizontally reversible field -wall forming apparatus which can automatically perform locking on a starting point or a reversible point in a tractor. The disclosed horizontally reversible field-wall forming apparatus comprises a fixed frame combined with the back of a tractor; a movable frame arranged on the back of the fixed frame and connected to be moved left and right by an offset cylinder; a reversible frame installed to be horizontally reversed with a reverse pin as a starting point while arranged on the back of the movable frame; a mounding unit digging the soil on the ground while being rotated and stacking on a furrow; and a furrow packing unit packing the side and top of one side of the furrow while being rotated, and additionally comprises a locking member maintaining the location of the reversible frame when the reversible frame is reversed by the reversible cylinder.
