The present invention relates to a small hydraulic power generator installed at a stream or a river to stably produce electricity. The small hydraulic power generator produces electricity by including a buoyant body floated on water by having buoyancy; a generation module installed inside the buoyant body; a rotor disposed at the left and the right of the buoyant body to be rotated by flowing water to provide rotary force to the generation module; a wire connected to a structure installed in a volume where water is flowed; and a connector having one end rotatably connected to the wire and the other end rotatably connected to a connection shaft provided inside the buoyant body, while enabling the buoyant body to be moved in accordance with the change in water level for stable electricity production.
