A method for treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or attention deficit disorder (ADD) comprising co-administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of (a) nicotine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or N-oxide thereof, and (b) opipramol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof.
