This specification relates to a suture which is inserted into a skin to lift the skin, thereby improving or removing skin wrinkles, and more particularly, to a suture including through-holes for inducing (semi)permanent and continuous maintenance of wrinkle removal effects forming a new skin tissue to lift the skin and having a long sheet shape of which a length is greater than a width. Also, this specification relates to a suture which is inserted into the skin to expand the whole volume of the skin, and more particularly, to a suture including through-holes for newly forming a tissue of the skin to cause coupling between skin layers and having a long sheet shape of which a length is greater than a width. Also, this specification relates to a kit including the suture for lifting the skin, and more particularly, a kit including the suture for expanding or increasing the whole volume of the skin. |
